Privacy Policy

In short
MISKO has no accounts. It never asks for and never collects your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos. Your game progress stays on your device. The only things sent to a server are the nickname you choose to appear under on the leaderboard, a country code and your score. The game also shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google uses your advertising ID for that.
1. Who is responsible
This app is developed and published by MOODS TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI, which is both the data controller and the developer name shown on Google Play.

2. What data is processed
a) Data that never leaves your device
The following is stored in the app's private storage on Android, or in
localStorage in the browser version, and is
never sent to a server:
- Level progress, stars, per-level best scores and total score
- Daily quest streak and history
- The board of an unfinished game, so you can resume where you left off
- Life, hint and mouse credit counters
- Your settings: language, sound, vibration, chosen avatar and frame
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it from your device.
b) Data sent to a server for the leaderboard
So that the leaderboard can work, the following fields are stored with a database provider (Supabase Inc.):

| Nickname | The name you type on the Profile screen, up to 14 characters. It does not have to be your real name. |
| Country code | Two letters (e.g. GB). It is guessed from your device's language setting and time zone — not from your location — and you can change it on the Profile screen. |
| Score | The sum of your per-level best scores. |
| Avatar / frame | The number of the picture you picked. |
| Game ID | A string generated at random the first time you open the app. It is not your device's hardware ID, IMEI or advertising ID, and is not derived from them. Deleting the app discards it; reinstalling generates a new one. |
This data is used only to display the leaderboard. It is not sold, not used for marketing and not shared with ad networks.
c) Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and supported by Google AdMob. To select, deliver and measure ads, AdMob may process your Android advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads.
We do not see, receive or store any of it — the collection happens on Google's own infrastructure and is governed by Google's privacy policy:
You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting it does not remove ads; it only stops them from being personalised.
3. Permissions the app requests

The app requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, file access or notification permission.
4. Cookies
The app itself uses no cookies. Google's own technologies may run inside ad frames; those are governed by the Google policies linked above.
5. Children
MISKO is not directed to children under 13 and is classified that way on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
6. Retention and deletion
- On-device data: uninstall the app and it is all gone. On Android you can also use Settings → Apps → MISKO → Storage → Clear data.
- Your leaderboard row: to have it removed, email info@moods.com.tr stating your in-game nickname. The row is deleted within 30 days. If you keep playing after the request, a new row is created.
- Advertising data: Google's retention periods apply; such requests must be directed to Google.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (KVKK in Türkiye, GDPR in the European Union, UK GDPR in the United Kingdom) you have the right to access, correct and erase the data processed about you, and to object to that processing. Send your request to the email address above; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
8. International transfers
Leaderboard data is processed by Supabase Inc. and advertising data by Google LLC. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye and the European Union; by using the game you consent to that transfer.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the effective date above changes. For significant changes we also announce it inside the app.
