Buy it for me
“Benim İçin Al”: the courier finds the item in a nearby store, checks it and buys it for you.
Tell KapGel what you need and a nearby, identity-verified courier buys it from a store and brings it to your door — you set the price limit, and hand-off is confirmed with a code.

KapGel is the city’s on-demand needs network. A customer describes what they need — in words, with a photo, a link or a voice note — and a nearby, identity-verified courier buys it from a store and brings it, as easily as calling a taxi.
It is not a food app, a cargo company or a marketplace: there is no catalogue to browse and no warehouse. Revenue comes from per-order delivery and service fees; the product itself is charged at the store’s price, with no markup.
Three services
“Benim İçin Al”: the courier finds the item in a nearby store, checks it and buys it for you.
“Al & Getir”: the courier collects an order that is already paid and waiting at a store.
“Gönder”: the courier carries a package from one address to another.
Describe the item and set the most you will pay. The card is only pre-authorised — nothing is charged yet.
The courier checks the item and sends a photo and the shelf price. They buy only after you approve, and upload the receipt.
Delivery is confirmed with a four-digit code or QR. The card is charged the real amount and the rest of the hold is released.
Two apps and a panel
Free-form requests, a price limit, approval with photo and price or alternatives, live tracking on the map and hand-off with a code.
Onboarding with ID, selfie, licence, vehicle and IBAN; a demand heat map; offers that can be declined without penalty; weekly payouts and an SOS button.
Live operations and reassignment, service areas drawn on the map, pricing with two-person approval, risk, disputes and support.
How it was built
A TypeScript monorepo: the customer and courier apps in React Native with Expo, the operations panel in React with Vite, and an API on Fastify, Prisma and PostgreSQL with real-time updates over Socket.IO. Maps and routing run on OpenStreetMap services.
All 140 designed screens are implemented in light and dark themes. Shared packages hold the pricing engine and the order state machine, and the API is covered by automated tests.
