Every school and staff shuttle has the same weak point: the person at the stop does not know when it will arrive. SEROTA — “servis + rota” — closes that gap for passengers, parents, drivers, shuttle companies and the schools and employers they work for.
Four products read the same trip record — route version, date, direction, vehicle and driver — so the passenger’s arrival time, the driver’s roll call, the operator’s live map and the institution’s report never disagree.
